Combining both a cold-to-the-touch fabric blend with a proprietary BioCool phase change material (PCM) cooling technology added to the foam, this mattress helps you sleep cooler through the night. The core of this hybrid mattress is comprised of the 'best of both worlds' featuring a 3-layer system of pressure relieving memory foam and the support of an encapsulated steel coil system. The top layer is 1.5-inches of responsive cooling gel memory foam featuring the added BioCool technology that is designed to keep your temperature in the optimal range for sleep, the transition layer is a 1.5-inch sculpted convoluted foam that provides excellent ventilation and airflow as well as motion transfer to the encapsulated coil system. The encapsulated coil system combines 6' of coils and a high density foam encasement on all sides, including 1' on the bottom. The foam encapsulated design is a premium feature found in high-end mattresses and improves the performance of the mattress offering greater durability and protection for the springs, reduced sagging, increased edge-to-edge support, better sleeping space utilization, and increased articulation with adjustable bases than all-coil systems. The fabric of this mattress features a 100% polyethylene face which provides a cold-to-the-touch feel and a decorative design with a sculpted look. This mattress is roll packed and compressed for quick and efficient delivery to you. All corrugated is Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified, made from at least 30% recycled material, and curbside recyclable.
