Thank you for shopping with Home Elegance USA. We strive to ensure every customer has a positive experience. Please review our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must:
• Be new, unused, and unassembled
• Remain in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)

Important: All returns require prior authorization. Merchandise returned without approval may be refused. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@homeeleganceusa.com.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item:
• Arrived damaged or defective
• Was incorrect due to our error

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and the correct return address.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours by:

Include: order number, photos of the item, photos of packaging, and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:
• Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order products
• Clearance and final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, or used
• Mattresses, bedding, and personal-use items where prohibited by law

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before processing begins.

Once shipping has started, cancellation may incur:
• Manufacturer cancellation fees
• Restocking fees up to 20%
• Original shipping charges

Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size, color, or configuration:

  1. Place a new order for the desired item
  2. Request a return for your original item (if eligible)

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed per the Refunds section below.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing occurs within 10 business days
• Additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
