Shipping Areas
Home Elegance USA ships primarily within the contiguous United States. We also offer shipping to the Dominican Republic. Shipping quotes to Canada and Mexico can be provided upon request. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses unless specifically arranged.
Shipping Methods
Select furniture items are delivered via our white-glove delivery service, which includes inside delivery to your room of choice, basic setup, and removal of packaging materials. White-glove delivery may be subject to additional fees for extra flights of stairs or inaccessible delivery locations.
Most furniture items are eligible for free nationwide shipping within the contiguous United States and the Dominican Republic. Smaller items may ship via standard carriers such as UPS or FedEx, with tracking provided. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, product size, and destination.
Delivery Estimates
Orders are typically processed within 3–8 business days. Transit times generally range from 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on product size, weight, and destination. Delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to manufacturer availability, freight carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Scheduling Delivery
After your order ships, we will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Delivery windows are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Missed deliveries may incur additional re-delivery fees.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that doorways, hallways, stairwells, and rooms can accommodate the delivered furniture.
- Clear the delivery area of obstacles. Delivery personnel cannot move existing furniture for liability reasons.
- Provide accurate shipping information. Additional charges for incorrect addresses, missed appointments, or rescheduled deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
- White Glove Delivery does not include installation of electronics, hanging pictures or mirrors, disassembly of old furniture, or haul-away services.
Inspecting Your Delivery
All items must be inspected at the time of delivery:
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Minor packaging damage should be recorded, but the product may be accepted if undamaged.
- Report any concealed damage or missing parts within 3 days of delivery to sales@homeeleganceusa.com or call 732-777-1100.
Failure to report concealed damage within 3 days may limit remedies available from the carrier or manufacturer.
White-Glove Delivery Specifics
- Two-person delivery team will carry furniture up to two flights of stairs. Additional flights may incur fees.
- Delivery personnel will make reasonable efforts to inspect the visible condition of all items.
- Ensure inspection is complete before the delivery team leaves. Any missing pieces or damages must be recorded on the delivery form.
- Delivery cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Delays & Exceptions
Delays may occur due to manufacturer backorders, freight carrier schedules, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Home Elegance USA is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.
Refused Deliveries
Refusal of delivery for reasons other than shipping damage or shipping error may result in return freight charges, restocking fees, and other applicable charges.
