Customers are responsible for ensuring that products will fit through doorways, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and into the intended room before placing an order.
Refusal of delivery for reasons other than shipping damage or shipping error may result in return freight charges, restocking fees, original shipping charges, and other applicable costs.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Home Elegance USA and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any order, delivery, product, warranty, or refund concern before initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute.
Home Elegance USA reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, including order confirmations, delivery records, signed receipts, photographs, correspondence, manufacturer communications, and other order records when responding to payment disputes.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in denial of future purchases and collection efforts where permitted by law.
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
